Bo Williams

Bo Williams is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in machine learning, having served as Sr Director of Machine Learning at CNN since April 2021, focusing on revenue and growth across multiple business areas. With a career spanning over two decades, Bo has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Engineering at Gamalon and Director of Engineering at Spotify, where significant contributions included pioneering voice initiatives. Earlier positions included directorial roles at both Progressive Solutions and Brainshark, as well as engineering positions at Pageflex, Banta, MTV Networks, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Bo holds a BA in Communication Studies with a focus on Media Production from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
