Herbert Ogwal

Herbert Ogwal is the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Bert Consults International Ltd since April 2019. Additionally, Herbert serves as the Security Coordinator at CNOOC, where responsibilities include risk analysis, investigations, operations, security management, physical and technical security, public relations, and consultancy, a role held since September 2012. Herbert's career includes a tenure as a Public Servant for the Government of Uganda from September 2003 to August 2012, focusing on monitoring government programs and addressing public office abuse. Additionally, Herbert was a class teacher at Kako Senior Secondary School in Masaka from July 2000 to July 2001, responsible for lesson preparation and student assessment. Herbert holds a Master’s degree in Security and Strategic Studies from Nkumba University and an MED.PMA in Educational Planning, Management, and Administration from Gulu University, among other educational qualifications.
