Danielle Burns, MBA, BCF™ has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different organizations. In 1994, they started their career as a Senior Branch Administrator at Wachovia Securities, LLC and worked there until 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they served as an Assistant Branch Manager at Old Harbor Bank.

In 2004, Danielle joined First Affirmative Financial Network, where they held multiple roles including Manager of Business Development, Vice President of Advisor Relations, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing until 2019. Danielle'sresponsibilities included driving growth in distribution channels, enhancing brand awareness, and training initiatives for financial advisors.

In 2015, Danielle became a Board Member at Green America, a not-for-profit membership organization focused on creating a socially just and environmentally sustainable society. Danielle also served as the Board Treasurer from 2018 to 2021.

In 2018, they served as a Certified Trainer at Walking on the Glass Floor and as a member of the SRI Conference Advisory Board until 2021.

Since 2021, Danielle has been a Founding Board Member at The Center for Board Certified Fiduciaries (CBCF), a Public Benefit Corporation engaged in developing fiduciary standards and providing fiduciary training programs.

In 2019, they took on the roles of Vice President of Partner Success and Vice President | Head of Business Development at CNote, a position they currently hold.

Danielle Burns, MBA, BCF™ has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, which they obtained from the University of Phoenix from 1993 to 1997. Danielle later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, also from the University of Phoenix, from 2003 to 2005.

In addition to their academic degrees, Danielle also holds several certifications. In September 2021, they obtained the certification of Board Certified Fiduciary from The Center for Board Certified Fiduciaries (CBCF). In January 2006, they earned the accreditation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary from Fiduciary 360.

Danielle has also completed various professional development courses. In October 2018, they became a Certified Trainer for Women In Leadership from Walking on the Glass Floor. More recently, in November 2021, they completed courses on Difficult Conversations: Talking about Race at Work and Unconscious Bias, both offered by LinkedIn.
