Dave Heffernan

Dave Heffernan is an accomplished IT professional currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at CNP Santander Insurance since July 2021. With a robust background in SharePoint and Microsoft 365, Dave previously held significant roles including Lead IT Manager & Architect at CNP Santander Insurance, Solution Architect for Modern Workplace and SharePoint Architect at LeasePlan, and SharePoint Technical Lead at Version 1. Dave's early career involved various SharePoint consultancy and development positions, where extensive experience in business process enhancement through technology was gained. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Digital Innovation from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and an NCEA Honours Degree in Information Technology from Technological University Dublin.
