Lynetta Cheatham has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Lynetta is currently Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Equity & Inclusion at CNSI since August 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy at CNSI from April 2019. Before joining CNSI, Lynetta worked as the Culture, Engagement & Corporate Recruiting Executive at Ratner Companies from August 2013 to August 2020. Lynetta was responsible for developing and implementing associate relations strategies and employee engagement initiatives for over 12,000 employees across 900 locations. Lynetta also worked at SAIC as VP of Global Human Resources and as the US HR Operations & Global Staffing Director from 2006 to 2012. Lynetta successfully led and managed strategic HR processes and initiatives, including workforce planning and talent acquisition. Prior to SAIC, Lynetta worked at Boeing as the Manager of Advanced Systems Support from 2002 to 2006, where they played a key role in building strategic plans and managing budgets for external contracts. Lynetta also held leadership positions at Ernst & Young Consulting Services and American Management Systems (AMS). Overall, Lynetta Cheatham has a wealth of experience in HR leadership and talent acquisition, with a track record of successfully implementing strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals.

Lynetta Cheatham obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, graduating between 1981 and 1984. In 2021, they pursued further education and completed a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate program from Cornell University. Their field of study in this program was Diversity and Inclusion.
