David Weakley

David Weakley is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in water operations and treatment processes. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Water Operations at CNX since 2019, Weakley previously held the position of Engineering Manager and Project Manager at GAI Consultants, Inc., from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that role, Weakley was an Applications Engineer at Aquatech International Corporation, where significant achievements included generating major project proposals that resulted in over $68 million in revenue. Early career experiences include internships at Elga Process Water - Veolia Water and the engineering co-op at CDM Smith, where foundational skills in water treatment systems and on-site service at wastewater treatment plants were developed. Weakley holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering focused on Water Treatment and a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
