Anjanette Pavell

Anjanette Pavell is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in contract negotiations and procurement. As the owner of Co-Counsel Limited since November 2013, Anjanette co-founded the virtual law firm with Charles Park, focusing on delivering affordable and commercially-driven legal advice. Prior to this venture, Anjanette served as a Negotiation and Procurement Consultant at A Pavell Ventures Limited from May 2003 to October 2013, specializing in business and technology contracting and business strategy consulting. Anjanette's legal expertise was further honed as the Associate General Counsel for Europe at Sapient from 2000 to 2003, where responsibilities included managing legal support for businesses across the EMEA region, overseeing corporate M&A, technology transactions, and procurement contracts. Anjanette earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Business Law from London Metropolitan University between 1983 and 1986.
