Reed L Benson

Reed L Benson was named General Counsel in February of 2021. Previously, Mr. Benson was Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since November 2014. He has served as CFO, Secretary, and General Counsel and member of Board of Directors of Broadcast International, Inc., a publicly traded communications services company, and was secretary and general counsel for Data Broadcasting Corporation, a publicly traded provider of market information to individual investors. Mr. Benson received his J.D. degree from the University of Utah School of Law in 1976 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Utah in 1971. Mr. Benson became a Certified Public Accountant in 1974.
