Alexa Masterson-Jones

Alexa Masterson-Jones currently serves as the Head of Product Development at Co-op, a role held since February 2023. Prior experience includes a decade at Sainsbury's, where roles encompassed Head of Innovation for Produce, Meat, Fish & Poultry, as well as various positions in product strategy and development. Earlier experience includes a work placement as a Work Experience Analyst at KPMG in 2011. Alexa Masterson-Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from UCL, completed in 2012.
