David Hernandez

David Hernandez is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal consultancy roles. Currently serving as Head of Legal Consultancy at both the Federal Judiciary and The Co-operative Group since January 2011, David specializes in areas including compliance management, KYC, and litigation. Previous positions include Head of Legal at CAFCASS, Senior Director and Corporate Secretary roles at MAIDEN MARC ASSOCIATES LTD and VANQUISH RECRUITMENT LTD, and Head of Legal Consultancy at the Financial Ombudsman Service. David holds a Master’s Degree in International Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Central Florida, as well as a diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences from South Lake High School.
