Hannah France

Hannah France is a seasoned user experience researcher with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the Lead User Researcher at Co-op since November 2020. Prior to this role, Hannah held positions as UX Research Manager and UX Researcher at The Co-operative Bank plc from October 2017 to November 2020. Earlier career involvement includes serving as UX Researcher and Accessibility Lead at Nexer Digital from May 2013 to October 2017, where responsibilities encompassed usability testing, various user research methods, and accessibility audits. Hannah began the career journey at Tesco Stores Ltd as a Customer Assistant from May 2010 to January 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Information Technology from Staffordshire University, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
