Matthew Tyas

Matthew Tyas is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience, web design, and product direction. Currently serving as the Head of Design and Principal Designer at Co-op since December 2018, and as Director at Manchester's Finest since January 2010, Matthew has a strong background in managing design projects and leading teams. Previously, Matthew held roles such as User Experience Manager and User Interface Developer at The Co-operative Group, and Designer and Front End Developer at atLarge, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Design & Art Direction degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University and A Levels in English Language, Psychology, and General Studies.
