Natalie Clare is an accomplished HR leader and consultant with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Co-op since May 2022, Natalie previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Jersey Post and founded Natalie Clare Consulting, where services included coaching leaders to enhance their leadership skills and confidence. Past roles include Global Director of HR & Organisation Development at The Stanley Gibbons Group plc, Country Human Resources Officer at Citi, and various consulting positions. Educational qualifications include CMI Level 4 from Jersey Business School and a Certificate in Wellbeing and Life Coaching from Raw Horizons, with ongoing studies in Strategic Interventions Life Coaching at Robbins-Madanes Training.
