Nelson Jiménez-Rosado

Nelson Jiménez-Rosado has a solid work experience in sales and customer service. Nelson started their career in 2010 at OfficeMax, where they held positions such as Sales Associate and Sales Consultant. In these roles, they provided excellent customer service, managed cash, and achieved sales goals. Nelson also had responsibilities in software computer repair, maintenance, and business solution for small business customers.

In 2014, Jiménez-Rosado joined CO2Meter, Inc. as a Sales Manager. Currently, they serve as a Sr. Sales Specialist, supporting the VP of Sales and VP of Business Development. Their responsibilities include managing work flow, documentation, administrative tasks, sales calls, customer service and support, payment processing, quoting, invoicing, and customer inquiries. Nelson also handles tasks related to the company's Amazon account and interfaces with the shipping department. Overall, Jiménez-Rosado has extensive experience in sales, customer service, and business support.

Nelson Jiménez-Rosado completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Entrepreneurship and Management, with a minor in Human Resources, from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico-Fajardo. Nelson pursued this degree from 2008 to 2014.
