Tom Lawler

Tom Lawler is an experienced professional with a background in public policy and governmental relations. Currently serving as Managing Partner at CO2EFFICIENT since September 2017, Lawler previously held the role of Principal at Lawler Strategies from August 2011 to September 2017 and at The Accord Group from May 2010 to August 2011. Additional experience includes positions as Director of Public Policy at Natsource and Legislative Assistant in the U.S. Senate, where advocacy focused on transportation and environmental policy. Lawler also contributed as Deputy Director of State-Federal Relations under Governor Mitt Romney and worked as a Legislative Analyst for the National Governors Association. Lawler earned a BA in Foreign Service from Baylor University between 1992 and 1997.
