Cindy Muthukarapan MCC, ACTC is the Director of Education and Programs at Coacharya, Owner of Leading Edge Coaching and Training, a Business Owner, Independent Mentor Coach, Assessor and ACTP Coach Evaluator. Cindy is a Master Certified Coach with ICF and has served as President of ICF South Africa Chapter. Cindy is also a member of the Board - ICF South Africa: National Education Portfolio and has extensive experience in mentoring programs for credentialing and coaching skills development.
