Thomas Grimm

Thomas Grimm has over nine years of professional experience. Thomas began their career in 2011 as Co-Founder & Kommanditist at P.T.M. Grimm Immobilien KG. Thomas then moved to TARGOBANK in 2015, where they served as Account Manager & Compliance Advisor. In 2017, they joined Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services as a Business Consulting / Risk Advisory / Internal Audit, where they were responsible for end to end planning and execution of full scope Internal Audit engagements, implementation and control testing of Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance for SOX Section 404 (SOX controls), and auditing, designing and implementing integrated risk management and compliance frameworks based on risk assessments. In 2018, they co-founded coachbetter I Train - Play - Win I.

Thomas Grimm began their education journey in 2006 when they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Business Law from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. Thomas then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Global Strategic Communications from Florida International University, graduating in 2012. In 2020, Thomas Grimm completed a Master of Business Administration from SDA Bocconi, DeMontfort University, and UniNe as part of the FIFA Master - International MA in Management, Law and Humanities of Sport program.
