David Lacy

David Lacy is an experienced finance professional with a solid background in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Coachella Valley Water District since December 2020, David has previously held roles such as Assistant Director of Finance at the City of Palm Springs and Financial Operations Manager at the City of Salem. Early in the career, David worked as a Financial Analyst at both First Student and Holiday Retirement, contributing to financial operations and asset management. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Linfield University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Portland Community College.
