Birgit Maillefaud is an Advisory Board Member at CoachHub. Birgit has over twenty years of experience in the corporate world, with a focus on human resources and transformation.
Birgit began their career at Procter & Gamble in 1997 as a Trade Marketing Manager. In 2008, they were promoted to HR Director for the Asia/Latin America/CEEMEA region. In this role, Birgit was responsible for carving out and transitioning the region, which covered 90+ markets. Birgit also redesigned the organization for growth and profitability, creating a lean central team and merging three regions with affiliates and distributor operations under one leader.
In 2016, Birgit left Procter & Gamble to join Coty as VP HR Organization Transformation. In this role, they were responsible for leading the ramp up of the new global HQ, including company-wide staffing, talent attraction and recruitment outsourcing solutions. Birgit also headed a global team of internal and external experts.
Birgit has been an Advisory Board Member at CoachHub since 2020.
Birgit Maillefaud has a Master's degree in Chinese Studies, English Literature and Language from Ruprecht Karl University Heidelberg. Birgit also has a degree in Chinese Politics and Economy from Fudan University. Birgit is certified in Organizational Design for Digital Transformation from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Digital Training from Circus Street, Leader Coaching from Lee Hecht Harrison, Myers Briggs Step II from The Myers-Briggs Company, and Certified Trainer Leading Organization Transitions (Bridges) from Linkage, Inc.
