Vishal Sharma - Mind Kinetics Coach

Vishal Sharma is a Mind Kinetics Coach with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. Since July 2020, Vishal has served as an Associate Power Coach at Coaching and Leadership International Inc. Previously, Vishal held the position of Director of Engineering at Intel Corporation from December 2018 to December 2023 and co-founded Skillpad Mentoring and Leadership, where work was done from June 2018 to March 2022. Vishal's earlier experience at Intel Corporation includes serving as an Engineering Manager from October 2005 to May 2018. Additional roles include Sr. Member of Technical Staff at Genesis Microchip, Sr. Design Engineer at National Semiconductor and Chip Design Private Ltd, and Design Engineer at Wipro Technologies. Vishal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Master's in Microelectronics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, in addition to a qualification as an Associate Power Coach from Coaching and Leadership International.
