As a Founding Member of Coaching For Everyone, Janneke actively supports initiatives to increase representation of BIPOC individuals in coaching. Janneke operates Janneke Coaching, specializing in co-active coaching for professionals seeking to enhance their leadership skills. Previous roles include Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc., and various positions at Mars, where Janneke focused on customer logistics, diversity, and team engagement. Janneke's educational background includes an MSc in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology and certification from The Coaches Training Institute.
