She has been working 11 years as senior change consultant at PWC in Europe and the US, 3 years as International HR lead at Citicorp in Northern Europe, 11 years at Bristol Myers Squibb in Belgium, France and the US where she was internal executive coach and international HRD & global OD. As senior HR executive at ING (global retail bank) she supported a total transformation and turnaround of the bank’s culture and organisational processes and systems in coaching the global CEO and his senior executive team.
