Bernice Ang is an MCC Executive Coach and the Founder & CEO of Thrive Global Coaching and Consulting, established in 2019, where the focus is on assisting senior leaders in cultivating a purpose-centered personal brand and integrating work and life goals. Other current roles include Senior Executive Coach at Executive Coaching Connections and AIIR Consulting, contributing to global leadership development initiatives. Bernice Ang has a robust background in marketing and leadership, having held senior positions at prominent corporations such as Mars, Wrigley, PepsiCo, and The Coca-Cola Company. A board member of the Women's Leadership Forum at the P&G Alumni Network, Bernice Ang is dedicated to empowering women and promoting gender equality. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from De La Salle University, along with programs from INSEAD and Landmark.
