Heidi Kraft is a seasoned leadership and team coach, serving as the founder of Kraft Your Success since June 2007, where the focus is on supporting leaders and organizations in navigating change and uncertainty. In addition to this role, Heidi has been an Engagement Manager at CoachSource LLC since January 2014, connecting leaders with suitable coaches. An accomplished professional in the advertising industry, Heidi developed the first industry-wide mentoring program in the San Francisco Bay Area with BAARC from 2006 to April 2020, and has held various media consulting positions at notable companies, including Universal McCann and Intel. Heidi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and multiple certifications in coaching from the Coaches Training Institute and other prestigious programs.
