Tyler Merrill has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. ⛰Tyler began their career as a Maintenance Technician at Brigham Young University- Aspen Grove Family Camp in 2008. In 2009, Tyler interned as a Future Leaders intern in the Facilities Department at Sodexo. ⛰Tyler then worked as a Call Center Specialist at the Missionary Training Center from 2005 to 2009. From 2010 to 2013, Tyler held positions at Sodexo as an Operations Manager and Operations Manager II. ⛰Tyler also worked as the Director of Client Development and later as the Client Services & Operations Manager at pioneer from 2013 to 2020. Tyler served as a Board of Director at Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) from 2017 to 2018. Furthermore, they worked as a Coach at Dale Carnegie Training from 2017 to 2020. In 2018, Tyler became the Community Action Committee Chair at CREW DC. ⛰Tyler is currently serving as a Board Member at Madison House Autism Foundation and as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Coakley & Williams Construction.
Tyler Merrill attended Brigham Young University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities and Property Management. In addition to their formal education, Tyler Merrill has also acquired several certifications. ⛰Tyler completed Dale Carnegie Sales and Leadership training at Dale Carnegie Training in October 2016. In May 2013, they became a GS-42 Certified Trainer through the Building Wellness Institute and completed OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Training by OSHA in February 2013. As of now, it is unclear when they obtained their Facilities Management Professional certification from IFMA.
