Monize Machado

Monize Machado has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Monize currently holds the position of Strategic Partnerships at Co.Aktion, where they are responsible for designing and executing partnership projects and managing partner success. Prior to this, Monize owned their own business called Odara Pet, where they helped people better communicate with their dogs and managed partnerships within the pet industry. Monize also served as the Partnership and Integration Coordinator at Stone Pagamentos - Cappta, where they led a team and was responsible for defining commercial and marketing strategies for new partnerships. At Avianca Brasil, Monize worked as the Partnerships Coordinator and was involved in identifying, designing, and executing partnership projects. Monize started their career at TOTVS, where they held multiple roles including Alliances & Partnership Senior Analyst, M&A Senior Analyst, and Trainee. In these roles, they were responsible for designing and executing partnership projects, managing relationships with other technology companies, and identifying investment opportunities that aligned with TOTVS' strategic profile. Monize also gained valuable experience during their internship at International Paper, where they developed skills in relationship management, cost management, and budgeting.

Monize Machado completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 2008 to 2012. Monize then pursued a Master's degree in Financial Economics at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Technician degree in Electronics from Escola Técnica Estadual - ETESP from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, Monize has obtained certifications in Communication and Public Speaking, Emotional Intelligence, and Leadership Experience from Escola Conquer in 2023, 2020, and 2018, respectively.
