Megha Gambhir

Megha Gambhir is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience in human resources. Currently serving as a Manager at Coal India Limited since August 2016, Megha has also held roles as Deputy Manager (HR/P) and Assistant Manager (HR) at the same company from December 2011 to August 2016. Prior to this, Megha completed a live project with Citi Group in late 2010, focusing on the analysis of SLA adherence in the on boarding process. Megha's early experience includes a summer internship at AREVA T&D, where the focus was on measuring training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick model. Megha holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
