Christopher Kozak

Christopher Kozak is a seasoned Business Data Analyst currently serving as the Data Team Lead at CoAspire since December 2019, where management of a team of twenty to twenty-five contractors facilitates the processing of extensive annual submissions for the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) at the U.S. Previously, from July 2014 to December 2019, Christopher held roles at the Institute for the Study of War, first as Editor and Senior Analyst, overseeing the production cycle and managing a team of ten to fifteen research analysts, and earlier as Senior Research Analyst focused on the Syrian Civil War, producing intelligence products and providing briefings to senior officials. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Analyst and Research Intern, alongside serving as Assistant to the Legal Counsel at the Wisconsin Homeland Security Council. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by a program at the University of Jordan.
