Marc Santos obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelors of Applied Science - Robotics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-San Diego, which they attended from 1984 to 1987. In 1984, they also earned an Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering ITT from the same institution. Additionally, they completed the ITIL Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management from Global Knowledge in 2012 and from Hewlett Packard in 2007.
