People & Culture Manager at Coast Hotels

Sandra Stewart, CPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in both the hospitality and education sectors. Since February 2009, Sandra has held roles at Coast Hotels, progressing from People & Culture Advisor to People & Culture Manager, where responsibilities include general HR functions. Prior to this, Sandra contributed as PAC Chair at Emily Carr Elementary School, leading volunteer efforts to support students and teachers from 2008 to 2010. Sandra's career began at Hudson's Bay Company, where management roles spanned from Floor Manager to Supervisor from June 1990 to November 2006, focusing on team and merchandise management. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Education in Psychology and English from The University of British Columbia and has pursued further education in Human Resources at BCIT.
