Sarah Sessa McCaughey

Sarah Sessa McCaughey currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Coast of Maine Organic Products, Inc., overseeing finance, customer care, risk, and transportation since 2023. Previously, Sarah held the positions of Senior Vice President of Finance at WIN Waste Innovations, where leadership in finance operations and business transformation was key, and CFO of Consumer, Art & Entertainment Services at Iron Mountain, directing a large global finance team and managing extensive financial operations. Additional experience includes roles as VP of Finance Global Shared Services and Senior Manager of Technical Accounting at Iron Mountain, as well as serving as an assurance manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on audits across various industries. Sarah holds an MBA and a BS in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
