David Smith

David Smith has over 30 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry. David currently serves as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Vice President at CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Vice President Residential Lending at Sandhills Bank. David has also worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at CresCom Bank and Horry County State Bank. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Mortgage Advisor at PHH Mortgage and as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Barnett Bank.

David Smith attended South Mecklenburg High School from 1974 to 1977. Following their high school education, they went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating between 1977 and 1981.
