David Tobin

David "Rick" Tobin has extensive experience in the banking industry. David "Rick" is currently the Chief Credit Officer at CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Credit Officer at Select Bank and Trust for over 13 years before retiring. David "Rick" also held leadership positions at New Century Bank as the Senior Vice President-Regional Credit Administrator and Senior Vice President. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Credit Analyst at Four Oaks Bank and Trust. David "Rick" began their banking career as a City Exec at Centura Bank.

David "Rick" Tobin earned a BT degree in Business Education from Appalachian State University between 1976 and 1979.
