Jeff Moore

Jeff Moore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management and public service. Currently serving as a Business Development Officer at Coastal Community Bank since April 2023, Jeff previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Everett Public Schools for nearly 27 years, where responsibilities encompassed accounting, budgeting, and risk management. In addition to financial roles, Jeff contributed to the City of Everett, WA, as a City Council Member from January 2010 to December 2021, completing three four-year terms and serving as council president in 2014 and 2015. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, with a focus on Architecture and Business Marketing, from Washington State University.
