Colleen Ippolito

Colleen Ippolito, SHRM-CP, PHR, serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Office Administration at Coastal Enterprises, Inc. since January 2016, where Colleen collaborates with leadership and teams to align talent and resources with the organization’s mission of fostering an equitable economy in Maine. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources at both MaineToday Media and Northeast Bank, and Human Resources Manager at Sunday River Ski Resort, in addition to serving on the Board of Directors for Volunteers of America Northern New England and participating in the Leadership Maine Program. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Bates College, further reflecting a well-rounded educational background.
