Sonal Arora

Sonal Arora is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Group Strategy at Coats since February 2021, Sonal is a key member of the Group's Leadership Team, overseeing strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, sustainability, and digital transformation. Previously, Sonal held roles at Imperial Brands PLC and IRIS Software Group, leading M&A activities and corporate development. Additional experience includes a significant tenure at Radius | Global Growth Experts and PwC in M&A advisory capacities. Sonal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The University of Manchester and is a qualified FCA with ICAEW.
