Jeffrey H.

Jeffrey H. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Jeffrey started their career in 2004 at Ritz Camera & Image as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash and inventory, and scheduling staff. In 2012, they moved on to Calumet Photographic, where they became the General Manager, overseeing store operations and staff scheduling. After their time at Calumet, Jeffrey joined Ritz Camera & Image again in 2014 as the Rental Manager, where they successfully established the Bethesda Rental Department from scratch. In 2015, they transitioned to ABC Imaging, initially working as a Customer Service Representative, responsible for job management and accurate ticket coding. Later, they were promoted to the role of Manager of Grand Format, which they held until 2017. Most recently, they joined The Cobalt Company in 2018 as a Software Support specialist.

Jeffrey H. began their education journey in 2003 at the College of DuPage, where they pursued a General Studies Associate's Degree. Jeffrey studied there until 2005 before transferring to Northern Illinois University. From 2006 to 2009, Jeffrey H. attended Northern Illinois University and focused on Business/Corporate Communications. Jeffrey did not indicate obtaining a degree during this time.

In terms of additional certifications, Jeffrey H. obtained the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in January 2022. Jeffrey also received two Microsoft certifications: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate in January 2021 and Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate in August 2021.
