Shoulanda Nash

Shoulanda Nash is a seasoned mortgage underwriter with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter II at Cobalt Mortgage since August 2013, Shoulanda specializes in underwriting conventional loans. Prior experience includes a role as a Mortgage Underwriter at Envoy Mortgage, where Shoulanda ensured compliance with credit, capacity, and collateral standards, and at Citi, where underwriting of both conventional conforming and non-conforming loans was performed with sign-off authority up to $2 million.
