Mitchell Little

Mitchell Little is an experienced professional in the hospitality and software industries, currently serving as Vice President of Product and Services, and previously as Director of Product Strategy at Cobalt Software since December 2019. Prior to this, Mitchell held leadership roles at Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, as General Manager of Luxury Outdoor Operations and General Manager of SeaGrille and Ocean Bar from July 2017 to December 2019. Mitchell also worked at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as Food and Beverage Manager at both Central Park and Battery Park locations from July 2015 to July 2017, and at Marriott International in various capacities, including Food and Beverage Operations Manager and Restaurant Supervisor, from August 2012 to July 2015. Earlier experience includes management of the UCF Recreation and Wellness Center. Mitchell holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, earned between 2008 and 2012.
