Paul Schifrin

Paul Schifrin is an Assistant Lawyer at COBALT Legal, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and venture capital since June 2021. Responsibilities include venture capital investment advisory for investors and companies, managing complex M&A transactions from due diligence to deal structuring and negotiations, as well as providing corporate advisory services. Paul began contributing to COBALT Legal as a Legal Intern in early 2021, focusing on dispute resolution. Prior experience includes an internship at Koch & Partnerid, where work involved dispute resolution, litigation, and legal research. Paul is pursuing a Master's degree in Law from the University of Tartu, having previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution, complemented by education at Gustav Adolfi Gümnaasium.
