Cristina Copete García

Cristina Copete García has worked in the recruitment industry since 2014. Cristina began their career at Tuyú Technology as an IT Recruiter/Headhunter, where they conducted pre-screening of candidates, published job offers, and organized and conducted interviews. In 2015, they joined World Software Services as an IT Recruiter/Headhunter, recruiting technical and functional candidates for Java, .NET, SAP Consultants, Cobol, Linux, Unix, Oracle, and SQL Server. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at e-Frontiers Ltd as an IT Recruitment Consultant, specializing in IT recruitment. In 2018, they moved to CoverWallet as an IT Recruiter, helping to build their tech team in Madrid. Since 2019, they have been employed at Thoughtworks as a Recruitment Lead and Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2022, they will join Cobee as a Sr Technical Recruiter.

Cristina Copete García obtained a Master in Human Resources Management from EUDE Business School in 2015, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from EUDE Business School in 2014, and a Translation and Interpretation degree from Universidad de Córdoba in 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn, Harvard Business School Online, and Social Talent, including Unconscious Bias in 2021, Leadership Principles in 2020, and Black Belt in Internet Recruitment in 2017.
