Dan Wilmot

Dan Wilmot has a vast and diverse work experience in various roles within the technology and engineering industry. Dan started as an RF Design Engineer at L-3 Interstate Electronics Corporation in 1986 and steadily progressed through roles at Rockwell Autonetics, Vari-L, Inc., Sirenza Microdevices, and Shadow Microtek. In 2015, they joined CAES where they have held several positions including Project Engineer, Deputy Director - Engineering, Vice President - Business Development, and currently serves as the VP Advanced Technology and Strategy. Throughout their career, Dan has showcased their expertise and leadership in business development, engineering, and strategic technology advancement.

Dan Wilmot obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from UC Santa Barbara in 1986. Dan then pursued a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from California State University, Fullerton, graduating in 1991. Later, in 2003, they completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of Colorado Denver.
