Eric Freeman

Eric Freeman is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product management and operations in the electronics and nuclear detector industries. Currently serving as the Senior Product Engineering Operations Manager at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions since June 2017, Eric previously held multiple roles at Schlumberger from March 2007 to February 2017. As a Product Line Manager, Eric supervised a team of up to 30 employees, enhancing production processes through Six Sigma initiatives and achieving significant improvements in on-time shipments and customer return turnaround. Eric's earlier roles included Lead Sustaining Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer, where expertise in product specifications, technical issue resolution, and production optimization was demonstrated. Eric earned a Ph.D. in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Oberlin College.
