James Situ

James Situ is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on process and manufacturing engineering, currently serving as a Process Engineering Manager at Honeywell since 2020. In this role, James manages a team of process engineers and hybrid assemblers, oversees design reviews, leads new product introductions (NPI), and is responsible for cost reduction projects. Prior to Honeywell, James held the position of Principal Process Engineer at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions for nearly two decades, specializing in high temperature braze, eutectic die attach, and lean manufacturing practices. James also worked as a Sr Process Engineer at Tyco Electronics and as a Package Manufacturing Engineer at Stellex Microwave Systems. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science Engineering from the University of California, Davis, earned in 1998.
