Thijs Korse has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Thijs has worked as the Head of Digital Product at coboworx since December 2020, where they are responsible for the digital strategy, product, and marketing of an automation platform. Prior to that, Thijs was an Entrepreneur In Residence at coboworx from December 2019 to December 2020, where they focused on finding product/market fit, generating traction, and creating a roadmap for seed financing.
Thijs also has experience as a Project Manager at Deutscher Robotik Verband, where they currently work. In the past, they co-founded and worked as a consultant at Hartje-Berlijn, offering specialized bike tours. Thijs was a Senior Business Development Manager at Geschenkidee D&A GmbH, responsible for marketplace strategy and B2B business development.
Before that, Thijs held roles at Amorelie, where they were a Senior Manager for international marketplaces and a Marketplace Manager for the Netherlands. Thijs also worked at Helpling as a City Manager and at Burlington Berries Pty Ltd as a Head Supervisor. Thijs co-founded and managed No Worries Barcelona, organizing holiday packages, and worked as a Tour Guide at Baja Bikes.
Thijs Korse completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Bio-exact / Systems Biology at the University of Amsterdam from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in "Innovative Geschäftsmodelle mit strukturierten Methoden entwickeln" from Brainbirds GmbH in October 2017.
