Agnesa Mihova

Agnesa Mihova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and client services, currently serving as the Business Unit Director for Cobuilder since August 2016. In this role, Agnesa collaborates with the management team to establish product vision and goals, drives product development while understanding customer needs, and leads both engineering and product teams. Previous positions at Cobuilder include Product Manager, Client Support Team Leader, Senior Expert Client Services, and Customer Care and Delivery Expert, each involving critical oversight of product strategy, team management, and customer engagement. Agnesa holds a Master's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Scandinavian Studies from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, along with additional education in Norwegian language and literature.
