Bistra Papazova

Bistra Papazova is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Group COO at Cobuilder since October 2014, Bistra is a key member of the senior leadership team, overseeing client services, product, and operations while managing the expansion of Cobuilder International Bulgaria as Managing Director. Prior roles include Head of Business Analysis at Dais Software and Head of Management Consulting at ICB, where Bistra led initiatives in product management and software development. Additionally, Bistra contributes as a Scale-up Mentor for Endeavor Bulgaria and serves on the board of BASSCOM, focusing on initiatives for Bulgarians abroad. Bistra holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland and a BA in Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria.
