Josiah Siah has extensive experience in technical support and management roles in various companies. Josiah started their career at HP as a TA in 1999 and then worked at Wärtsilä as an Assistant Manager in IM/Estate Management from 2003 to 2008. Following that, they were an IT Infrastructure Specialist at Rentokil Initial for a year before being promoted to Assistant IT Infrastructure Manager, Asia, where they provided IT infrastructure support to 12 countries in Asia until 2015. Josiah then joined Genetec Asia Pacific as a Technical Support Engineer from 2015 to 2016. Josiah later became the Regional Technical Support Manager at Robert Bosch (SEA) Pte Ltd from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Josiah worked at Cognyte as a Technical Support Engineer, providing technical support, field engineering, and customized training to partners in Asia. Josiah is currently employed as a Regional Technical Support Engineer at Cobwebs Technologies.
Josiah Siah attended the University of Central England in Birmingham from 2000 to 2001. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Business Information Technology with a specialization in IT.
