Kevin Swain

Kevin Swain has a diverse work experience in various payroll and HR roles. Kevin started their career in 1991 as a Financial Records/Defense Accounting Clerk in the United States Marine, where they processed government checks and balanced monthly payrolls for over 1500 Marines. Kevin then worked as a Data Entry Operator-Lead Associate at Time Customer Service, where they ensured accurate entry of magazine orders and trained new employees.

In 2001, Swain joined PwC as a Payroll Processor, where they processed HR transactions and managed payroll files for inbound partners. Kevin also worked as an Expense Reports Auditor and Senior Associate during their time at PwC, where they audited expense reimbursements and trained advisors on separation and debt procedures.

From 2011 to 2014, Swain worked at CAE as a Payroll Analyst, utilizing their project management skills to administer the company's Leave of Absence Special Payment program and creating training presentations. Kevin then moved on to Bloomin' Brands, Inc. as a Senior Payroll Coordinator, where they managed payroll processes and audited manual check requests.

Currently, Swain is the Payroll Team Lead at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where they lead a team in payroll operations.

Kevin Swain obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they received a certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
