Ryan Fitzpatrick

Ryan Fitzpatrick is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Windows Technology Manager at COCC since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Senior System Engineer Team Lead at IT Direct: A CompassMSP Company from January 2019 to June 2022, leading a team of seven while supporting approximately 65 SMB customers in Connecticut. Additionally, Ryan held positions as a System Engineer at IT Direct and as a Senior System Administrator at ESPN, contributing to large projects by developing high-level designs and ensuring proper implementation and documentation. Earlier in Ryan's career, employment at IBM as an IT Specialist involved support for Windows Server at major clients in the natural gas and pharmaceutical sectors. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western New England University and attended the United States Air Force Academy.
